Let's be honest, postpartum life can feel like stepping into a brand-new world where you're not sure if you're supposed to lead, follow, or just stay out of the way. The baby's crying, Mom's breastfeeding, and you're stuck wondering if grabbing the remote is a sign of peace... or a mistake you'll hear about later.
"Where Do I Fit In?" is a down-to-earth, no-judgment class for dads who are trying to figure out their role in the wild, beautiful, and sometimes confusing postpartum season. If you've ever thought:
"She's got this, right?"
"Is there even anything I can do?"
"Am I helping or just hovering?"
Then this class is for you.
We'll unpack the real stuff-like what support actually looks like, how to bond with your baby when you're not the one feeding, and how to avoid feeling like a background character.
This optional add-on class is designed specifically for fathers, partners, and support people who want to better understand how to assist with infant feeding—whether it’s breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or both. Available in-person or virtually, this session covers practical ways to support the feeding parent, bond with baby, and navigate challenges together. After the cry: A Postpartum Conversation for Men
Additional add-on course
2 sessions of 2-3 hours | offered virtual and in-person | For New Fathers | Expectant Fathers | Partners of birthing individuals | Male family members or support figures | In-person and virtual options
*Digital Workbook included
This optional add-on class is designed specifically for fathers, partners, and support people who want to be heard. "After the Cry" is a safe, guided, and deeply intentional space where men— particularly new fathers-gather to process and reflect on their emotional, mental, relational, and physical experiences in the postpartum period.
This is a class that centers their voices, needs, fears, and growth during a season often focused solely on mother and baby.
While the "cry" may initially represent the newborn's first sound, the title also speaks to the emotional cry of a father-the unspoken pressure, uncertainty, and internal shifts that occur in this sacred but often overlooked time.
